About Dianna

Background:

I began my career working in organisations focusing on Workplace bullying, Workplace Training and Development. I quickly branched into Executive Coaching, Mediation and Employee Assistance Program (EAP) Counselling.

I gained valuable experience as a Psychologist and Counsellor at Monash IVF, On The Line (Suicide Help Line) and Lifeline and begun to recognise the emergence of a common theme presented by clients: Relationship Dynamics.

I completed my Bachelor Degree, Post-Graduate and Master qualifications in Psychology and Organisational Development to become a registered Counselling Psychologist.

I keep up-to-date with recent developments, research and current therapies, such as, Brain and Neuropsychology, Neurodiversity, Parts & Inner Critic, Emotional Focused Therapy, Relational Life Therapy, High Sensitivity, Childhood Emotional Neglect.

With over 30 years experience working with individuals, couples and families, I believe I can assist my clients in exploring aspects of their life in which they feel 'limited' and/or 'trapped'. Together we develop a treatment plan to assist in leading the life they have always wanted to lead.

Through my own experience, and that shared by my clients, I started my own private practice to support those experiencing trauma, neurodiversity and challenging situations.
